Tabbed interface for switching between panels of content, built on Radix Tabs. The active indicator is a single element that slides and resizes between triggers rather than fading in place, so the eye keeps track of it; it is measured from the DOM because Radix ships no indicator primitive. Motion follows the house standard: 200ms, ease-in-out for on-screen movement, CSS transition so rapid clicks retarget mid-flight, and a reduced-motion guard.
