Circular company-logo uploader — optional by design: when empty it falls back to initials derived from the company name rather than an empty ring. Keyboard-reachable (the circle is a button, not a hover-only target), with upload progress, replace/remove actions, and size/type validation stated before the user tries. Image fitting depends on aspect ratio: square logos fill the circle, non-square logos are scaled down and fitted with padding so a wide wordmark is never cropped. Storage-agnostic: pass an onUpload callback so the caller decides presigned-URL vs proxy.
